My computer has been on the fritz lately and by that- I mean it was wiped completely clean by some stupid virus. It was a very upsetting week and while I have finally come to terms with the fact that I am again starting from scratch- its annoying to have to download all my programs again. SO LAME.

Since I've been gone- I've been adding to my tattoos on my arm. I now have a few new pieces and I am stoked to finally see some progress on filling my arm with pretty pretty pictures. One piece that I am especially in love with is my Chuck Palahniuk, Invisible Monsters piece. I got it right by my elbow (yes, it hurt). If you're a Palahniuk fan you will be completely aware of what my tattoo is. :)

The other day I went to an estate sale of a hoarder. As glamorous as that may sound- it was pretty disgusting. It smelled of cat piss and other unmentionables and everything was very dirty or dusty. I couldn't ever imagine living in such conditions. Once I finally was able to start looking through the stuff and stop dwelling on the smell- I ended up finding a few fun pieces. One of my favorite finds was this Imperial Play Time Record Player! It's a bit beat up on the outside, but it runs great and is super adorable. I'm thinking about sanding down the suitcase and repainting it. I've never restored a record player before, so this will be a new venture. I can imagine myself giving it to my future son or daughter and playing children's records on it. That would be so cute!
